Demetrious Robinson
Co-Founder | Executive Director
As Co-Founder and Executive Director, Demetrious Robinson spearheads InnerCode Inc.'s mission to bridge the digital divide through STEAM education. His commitment is deeply rooted in his transformative experience as a graduate of The Last Mile, a program that provides technology and business training to incarcerated individuals—where he and InnerCode Co-Founder Terrell Lemons were part of the same cohort. This shared journey fueled their vision for InnerCode.
Alongside his leadership, Demetrious continues to actively work in the tech industry as a software engineer and consultant, serving diverse clients including the U.S. military and state government agencies with his 6+ years of experience. This ongoing, hands-on engagement enriches his strategic guidance at InnerCode, as he channels his expertise and passion into empowering communities.

Terrell D Lemons
Co-Founder | Lead Instructor
As Co-Founder and Program Director, Terrell D. Lemons is a multifaceted technology professional dedicated to bridging education, innovation, and enterprise software delivery. As the Remote Instructor Manager at The Last Mile (TLM), he oversees remote instruction operations, supports technical instructors, and drives student success through scalable, learner-centered systems. In parallel, he serves as a Release Coordinator at Experian, where he performs the duties of a Scrum Master, managing production releases, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring disciplined, high-quality software delivery.
Currently in his Master’s in Software Engineering at California State University, Fullerton, Mr. Lemons integrates academic insight with professional experience to build efficient systems, mentor emerging technologists, and champion process excellence. His career reflects a passion for continuous improvement, leadership through service, and creating opportunities that merge technology with human potential.
